Herb Benefits

Eucalyptus Leaves (Eucalyptus globulus)

The familiar scent of the leaves of the Eucalyptus tree is commonly used for colds, fevers, and infections. It is a mighty warrior against bacteria, viruses, and fungi. It helps clear sinuses, relieve muscle soreness, and ease the pain of bug bites.

Cornflowers (Centaurea cyanus)

Native to Europe, this beautiful plant is frequently found among fields of corn and other grains. The dried flowers are used for fevers, chest congestion, and water retention.

Thyme Leaves (Thymus vulgaris)

Thyme has been used medicinally for centuries. Hippocrates, Western medicine's father, recommended thyme for respiratory diseases and conditions. Culpepper used it as a remedy for nightmares, and the Egyptians used it in incense, embalming, and as a remedy for an upset stomach. It is used worldwide today as a cough suppressant for bronchitis and bacterial infections.

Lavender Flowers (Lavendula angustifolia)

Lavender's tiny flowers range from purple and blue to slightly grey. They are found in many calming blends because lavender is scientifically proven to relax the mind and help alleviate restlessness, insomnia, and depression. It is soothing to irritated skin while helping with wound healing, fighting infections, reducing inflammation, and decreasing pain.
