Our products ship for free via Priority Mail in the continental United States. Deliveries can be made in the Atlanta metro area for a small fee at check-out.

Once we receive your order, we do our best to ship your orders within 3 to 5 business days. When it ships, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

Since we provide perishable products, we are unable to accept product returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will work together to ensure you are satisfied with your order.

Order Discrepancies, Broken or Damaged Items, etc.

If you notice a discrepancy with your order or receive a broken or damaged item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Herb Substitutions

Due to unforeseen circumstances, including high demand, variances in growing conditions, supply chain challenges, and natural disasters, certain herbs will be difficult to get. When this happens, we will temporarily remove an item from our store or find a substitute from a new supplier if we are confident they sell premium, organic medicinal herbs. All formula changes will appear on our website immediately. If an order has been placed and substitutions are required, we will notify you via email and honor cancellation requests.
