FAQs

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only processing and shipping orders with billing and final destination shipping addresses in the United States.

Are all of your products organic?

We purchase herbs from the most reputable distributors in the county that specialize in sourcing organic, non-GMO, fair-trade herbs worldwide. Occasionally, they offer wild-crafted products that undergo rigorous testing for quality and purity. When there isn't another option, we purchase these herbs and only use them if they amount to less than 5% of any blend, as is the requirement for all organic products.

Do you substitute herbs in formulas?

Due to shortages or other supply issues, we may need to change formulas. All product changes will be posted on this website, and customers will be contacted if needed.

Can I purchase Eden's Leaves products on Amazon?

To guarantee our products' freshness and quality, we never sell on internet marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay. If you see our products listed on those marketplaces, they are sold by a third party, and we have no way of guaranteeing their quality. Please note that third parties' products must be returned through those channels and are not returnable to us.

Can I place my order by phone?

At this time, we are only accepting purchases via our website.

Are the pictures of your herbs, spices, and loose leaf teas indicative of what I will receive?

Herbs are natural products, and characteristics (such as color) will vary from lot to lot due to many factors, including weather fluctuations and growing conditions. We take great pride in offering the best quality natural products and will only give our customers the best herbs available from the best herb suppliers.

What is the shelf life of herbs and spices?

While fine herbs and spices generally don't spoil, they will lose their potency over time. How herbs and spices are stored will play a large role in retaining their strength. If stored in airtight containers, such as glass jars, and kept in a cool, dark, dry place, powdered herbs will start to lose their potency after 3-6 months, loose-leaf herbs after a year, roots and barks after to 3-4 years.
