Lavender Flowers (Lavendula angustifolia)

The soft floral scent of lavender is unmistakable. Its aroma alone decreases stress. Among its many benefits, lavender is antiseptic and antimicrobial, aiding wound healing, fighting infection, and reducing pain.

Rose Petals (Rosa damascena)

One of the most beautiful symbols of love, rose petals offer a soothing sensory experience. Yet, it has more wonderful benefits. Rose petals tighten and tone tissues, helping decrease secretions. It hydrates the skin, helps soothe redness, and reduces inflammation. In addition, rose petals have antioxidants that help to strengthen skin cells.

Cornflowers (Centaurea cyanus)

Also known as blue poppy, cornflower is one of those simply beautiful herbs with wondrous benefits. Traditionally, cornflower’s bright blue blossoms are used for rheumatism, gum, and eye conditions. It tones, refreshes, and soothes irritated skin while helping reduce fever and release water retention. They are sure to leave your feet feeling lighter and refreshed.

Himalayan Pink Salt

Sourced from the Himalayan Mountains of northern Pakistan, Pink Himalayan Salt is known to moisturize, detoxify, and draw out bacteria from the skin. After a long day, it provides deep cleansing and relief from painful, tired muscles and feet.

Lavender Essential Oil (Lavendula angustifolia)

Common uses include stress, anxiety, depression, headaches, migraines, muscle pain and stiffness, insomnia, and closed cuts, scrapes, and burns.

Bergamot Essential Oil (Citrus bergamia)

Considerations

Place herbal salts into a bath sachet. 

  • Bath: 5-6 heaping tablespoons 

  • Basin: 2-3 heaping tablespoons

Place the sachet into a bathtub or basin. 

Heat water to your desired temperature.

Add essential oil blend, if desired (3 drops for foot soaks, 8-10 for baths)

Step into your herbal journey. Close your eyes, lower your shoulders, and breathe deeply for 10 minutes or more. 

Store in our airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place.

Bathtubs may be slippery after using additives such as bath teas. Take care upon exiting, and clean thoroughly.
