Herb Benefits
Head-Ease Tea
Peppermint Leaves (Mentha × piperita)
This tasty herb’s active ingredients include phenols and flavonoids that work to decrease inflammation and treat headache pain. It’s ideal for migraines and headaches caused by stress. Peppermint also boosts the immune system and soothes the stomach while calming nervous tension.
White Willow Bark (Salix alba)
White willow bark, known as Liu Shu Pi in Traditional Chinese Medicine, has been used to cool and relieve pain and chronic inflammation for thousands of years. It’s also called “herbal aspirin,”because the inner bark of the white willow tree contains salicin, which is changed to salicylic acid in the body. The compound in aspirin, acetylsalicylic acid, is derived from salicylic acid. While white willow bark takes longer to begin acting than aspirin, its effect may last longer. And, unlike aspirin, it is not known to cause stomach bleeding or other common adverse effects. Mentioned four times in the Bible, willow is always associated with a brook or river, that is, with a perpetual source of nourishment and supply.
Feverfew Leaves (Tanacetum parthenium)
During the plague in Medieval Europe, feverfew was planted near the door of cottages because it was believed they would protect everyone in their home from the disease. Undoubtedly, this is because of its many benefits. Feverfew is a powerful anti-inflammatory, making it a go-to herb for migraines, aches, pains, and arthritis. It has been used for women’s cycles, digestive and kidney issues as well as for insect bites...and yes, it’s a fever reducer.
Comfort Massage Oil for Pain

Rosemary Leaves (Rosmarinus officinalis)
This well-known kitchen spice is a handy health ally. It’s widely known among herbalists to be helpful with headaches. It has been used to help regulate blood flow and increase circulation to the head, which helps with memory and mental clarity. As a circulatory stimulant, it has been used for cardiovascular weakness and hypotension.
Wood Betony Leaves (Stachys betonica)
Wood Betony is used for nervous debility that comes from anxiety and tension. It has a grounding effect and helps relax the mind from recurring thoughts that lead to mental exhaustion. It is most frequently used for headaches and migraines. Herbalists also use it as a tonic for the digestive system.
Astragalus Root (Astragalus membranaceus)
Astragalus is a darling in western herbalism and Traditional Chinese medicine. It’s an adaptogen, so it protects the body from the impact of stress while having antiviral and antimicrobial properties. Astragalus is an immunomodulator, so it acts on the immune system for a more extended period and has a balancing rather than a stimulating effect on the body. As a tonic, astragalus can be taken regularly to bring the immune systems back into balance.
Skullcap Leaves (Scutellaria lateriflora)
Skullcap helps soothe the nervous system, helping with headaches caused by nervous tension, insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, and chronic stress. Native Americans tribes used Skullcap to promote menstruation and it has traditionally been used for epilepsy in Europe

“Using Eden Leaves’ products has totally changed the way I view “health and wellness”. I learned so much about herbs and how they can help with overall health if you use them correctly and consistently.I LOVE LOVE LOVE the elderberry syrup. My entire family uses it each and everyday. When one of my children gets a sickbug from school there is literally no other product I go to first. Edens Leaves will ALWAYS be my very 1st option.
